We manufacture in Bavaria. Your flat pouches are printed on the HP Indigo, packed up, and delivered to you faster than you can say “reorder flat pouches”.
A classic for the shelf: stands upright thanks to the gusseted base and features a resealable zip. No minimum order quantity.
Flat Bottom Pouches with a boxy silhouette, five printable sides and maximum stability.
Printed rollstock for HFFS and VFFS machines. This is used to produce flow packs, stick packs or sachets.
The right size depends on three questions: how much are you filling the pouch with, what will happen to the pouch afterwards, and what impression do you want to make on the shelf? We have the right format for every answer, and you can order all of them as flat pouches, starting from just one piece.
From micro-promotional sizes to 200 ml formats: our standard sizes cover the most common applications and are delivered to you ready for printing.
Mini sizes, maximum impact: our small flat pouches are designed for anything that needs to make an impression in tiny quantities: spice sachets, tea samples, cosmetic samples or limited-edition promotional items. Minimal material usage, neatly stackable, uncompromising print quality. Slim in design as a 3-side sealed pouch, yet anything but shy in appearance.
If your product contains more, we need more space. Our large flat pouch formats are ideal for snacks, dried fruit, dog biscuits, protein powder or single-serve muesli portions – anything between 100 and 200 ml. Print quality: top-notch. Shelf appeal: impossible to miss.

Printing on flat pouches
For what quantities are customised flat pouches a good choice?
Flat pouches are ideal for small to medium-sized quantities where compact dimensions and efficient packaging are key. They are particularly suitable for single portions, samples, inserts or changing product ranges. For larger volumes or a strong shelf presence, stand-up or flat bottom pouches are recommended.
What type of barrier do I need for my product?
Our flat pouches are always made from high-barrier materials. This means they offer reliable protection against moisture, oxygen and loss of flavour – depending on your product’s requirements. This makes them ideal for sensitive contents such as tea, spices, powders or supplements. If you’re unsure which material is best for your product, we’d be happy to advise you on a case-by-case basis.
How do flat pouches differ from tubular pouches?
Flat pouches are pre-made pouches (e.g. three-side-sealed bags), whereas tubular pouches are usually produced directly from roll stock on a form-fill-seal machine. If you already use an HFFS or VFFS machine, flexible roll stock may also be an option.
Can I order flat pouches without a minimum order quantity?
Yes. With us, you can order flat pouches without the usual minimum order quantity – ideal for trials, new product lines or limited editions.
