Fast, secure and reliable: we deliver your labels and packaging worldwide – straight from our production facility in Bavaria. Whether it’s a small test run or a large order, your delivery will be carefully packaged, shipped in a carbon-neutral way and will usually reach you within a few days.

You’ll have full transparency right from the start: delivery times, shipping costs and tracking details can all be found in your customer account. And if you’re in a particular hurry, we also offer our Hyper Express service, of course.

Delivery charges apply to deliveries within Germany. Different charges may apply for international shipments. All options can be selected directly in the calculator or in your personal ordering system – including prices, delivery dates and real-time delivery status.

To ensure your labels and packaging arrive on time, we ship with UPS. For you, that means reliable delivery, real-time tracking and maximum security, whether domestically or worldwide.

UPS

We use UPS as our standard delivery service – and it’s free for you. Fast, reliable and with live tracking right to your door.

TIP: You can see shipping costs and delivery time while you order, directly in the calculator or in your Labelisten ordering system.

Payment methods

The choice is yours

At Labelisten, we offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods to make your order as straightforward as possible. Simply choose the option that suits you best:

PayPal

Use your PayPal account for quick and easy payments. You’ll also benefit from buyer protection and won’t need to enter any sensitive details.

Invoice

For those who prefer a straightforward process: place your order, have it produced, and settle the invoice – as usual, upon delivery.

Direct debit

For those who prefer a particularly hassle-free experience: the invoice amount will be automatically debited from your account. No extra effort required – we’ll take care of the rest.

Payment in advance

Please pay the invoice amount in advance. As soon as we have received your payment, we will start producing your labels or packaging straight away.

International delivery

across Europe and beyond

We deliver your labels and packaging reliably all over the world – with transparent shipping costs that you can see directly in our calculator or ordering system.

EU Member States

Shipping is handled by UPS. Important: For shipments within the EU, you will need your VAT registration number. Prices and delivery times vary by country; you can see all the details in real time in the calculator or in your ordering system.

Switzerland & outside the EU

We also deliver to Switzerland and all other countries outside the EU with UPS. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the system and displayed transparently.

What delivery options are available?

We ship with UPS, free of charge as standard. The calculator and the ordering system automatically show you which shipping options and delivery times are available for your order.

How does payment in advance work?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice. As soon as we have received your payment, we will automatically start producing your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with a UPS tracking link. It lets you see where your delivery is at any time.

Can I change my delivery address at a later date?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually change the delivery address without any problem. Simply get in touch via our contact form or by phone.

How does international shipping work?

We also ship internationally with UPS. Within the EU, you can see the shipping costs for each country in real time in the calculator or ordering system; you will need your VAT registration number for this. For Switzerland and all other countries outside the EU, costs are calculated automatically based on the UPS rate (+20%).

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us directly. We will look into the matter straight away and ensure you receive a replacement quickly – hassle-free and reliable.
