Fast, secure and reliable: we deliver your labels and packaging worldwide – straight from our production facility in Bavaria. Whether it’s a small test run or a large order, your delivery will be carefully packaged, shipped in a carbon-neutral way and will usually reach you within a few days.

You’ll have full transparency right from the start: delivery times, shipping costs and tracking details can all be found in your customer account. And if you’re in a particular hurry, we also offer our Hyper Express service, of course.

Delivery charges apply to deliveries within Germany. Different charges may apply for international shipments. All options can be selected directly in the calculator or in your personal ordering system – including prices, delivery dates and real-time delivery status.

Our delivery partners

To ensure your labels and packaging arrive on time, we rely on two trusted partners: DHL and UPS. Both offer reliable delivery, real-time tracking and maximum security – whether domestically or worldwide.

UPS

We use UPS as our standard delivery service – and it’s free for you. Fast, reliable and with live tracking right to your door.

DHL

If you’d prefer to have your order delivered by DHL, that’s of course also possible. This will incur delivery charges, which we pass on in full, as there are no special rates available for this service.

TIP: When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery service – either directly in the calculator or via your Labelisten ordering system. Prices and delivery times are clearly displayed there.

Payment methods

The choice is yours

At Labelisten, we offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods to make your order as straightforward as possible. Simply choose the option that suits you best:

PayPal

Use your PayPal account for quick and easy payments. You’ll also benefit from buyer protection and won’t need to enter any sensitive details.

Invoice

For those who prefer a straightforward process: place your order, have it produced, and settle the invoice – as usual, upon delivery.

Direct debit

For those who prefer a particularly hassle-free experience: the invoice amount will be automatically debited from your account. No extra effort required – we’ll take care of the rest.

Payment in advance

Please pay the invoice amount in advance. As soon as we have received your payment, we will start producing your labels or packaging straight away.

International delivery

across Europe and beyond

We deliver your labels and packaging reliably all over the world – with transparent shipping costs that you can see directly in our calculator or ordering system.

Switzerland & other countries

We use UPS exclusively for shipping. The delivery charges are automatically displayed in the system. This gives you full cost transparency – with no surprises.

EU Member States

Here you can choose between UPS and DHL. Important: For shipments within the EU, you will need your VAT registration number. Prices and delivery times vary by country – you can view all the details in real time using the calculator or in your ordering system.

Outside the EU

International deliveries outside Europe are also possible via UPS. The delivery costs are calculated automatically by the system and displayed clearly.

What delivery options are available?

Wir versenden standardmäßig mit UPS (kostenlos) oder auf Wunsch mit DHL (gegen Aufpreis). Alle verfügbaren Versandoptionen und Lieferzeiten werden im Kalkulator oder Bestellsystem automatisch angezeigt.

How does payment in advance work?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice. As soon as we have received your payment, we will automatically start producing your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link. This means you can check the status of your delivery online at any time – whether it’s via UPS or DHL.

Can I change my delivery address at a later date?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually change the delivery address without any problem. Simply get in touch via our contact form or by phone.

How does international shipping work?

Within the EU, we deliver via UPS or DHL – with transparent shipping rates and real-time prices displayed in the system. Shipments to Switzerland and other third countries are handled exclusively by UPS; costs are calculated automatically based on the standard rate (+20%).

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us directly. We will look into the matter straight away and ensure you receive a replacement quickly – hassle-free and reliable.
