Can I order labels in small quantities?
Yes! You can order labels from us starting from a quantity of just one. Whether you need sample labels, small batches or large print runs, we offer flexible printing with no minimum order quantity.
How does online ordering work in the calculator?
You can order your labels online from us and calculate the price directly. The price is based on quantity, type and material. Simply specify the width and height of the final format, choose a foil or paper material and optionally add protection. Tooling costs? These are not usually incurred for laser-cut roll labels. Only if you want punching instead of laser cutting and the appropriate shape is not yet available will we charge extra for the punching die. The winding direction and format can also influence the price, depending on material waste. All labels on rolls are delivered with a 76 mm core (outside winding, industry standard) as standard. 40 mm cores are also available on request at no extra charge. And to save you time, we can combine smaller quantities into larger rolls on request. Your customised labels will be delivered free of charge throughout the UK by UPS – quickly, reliably and without complications.
What is the significance of the winding direction?
If your products are labelled by machine, the correct winding direction is crucial when ordering labels. Once produced, this cannot be changed. Therefore, clarify in advance with your contract filler in which direction the labels on the roll are needed. For manual labelling, the winding direction is irrelevant.
Can I also order blank labels?
Yes, you can also buy blank labels on rolls from us – in any format and material you want. Simply select the option "Colour: Blank" when ordering labels online in the calculator.
Can I print later with my thermal transfer printer?
Of course! Our customised labels can be printed on afterwards. Thermal transfer (with wax ribbons) or inkjet printing are suitable for paper labels. For foil labels with protective laminate, we recommend resin ribbons, as these adhere best to smooth surfaces.
Are labels on rolls self-adhesive?
Yes, all our roll labels are self-adhesive. You can choose between permanent adhesive, strong adhesive or removable/washable variants – depending on how you want to order your adhesive labels.
Can I purchase roll labels for specific industries?
Of course! Whether it's food, beverages, cosmetics or supplements – you can buy roll labels from us that are perfectly tailored to your industry.
Is there any support available for creating print data?
Yes, we check your files before printing and give you feedback. You can also have your design created using our "Designed by Labelisten" service – ideal if you don't yet have print-ready data.
Is digital printing inferior in quality to offset printing?
No – quite the opposite. With our HP Indigo, we print labels in offset quality, only digitally. That means brilliant colours, razor-sharp details and maximum flexibility.
