Which products are already packaged in stand-up pouches in the supplement industry?
Pouches are particularly popular for protein powder and shakes, and also increasingly used for capsule products. In addition, many snacks, such as high-protein beef jerky, are packaged in flexible packaging.
How can you switch to stand-up pouches?
Easy as pie! We provide you with templates for your design. You can then place an order via our ordering system. Once the pouches are produced, we can send them directly to your contract manufacturer or co-packer for you.

Especially with dietary supplements, it is not easy to find the right packaging size. The different capsule sizes, different densities of protein powder and other shakes, different portion sizes, etc. make the choice of packaging even more complicated. Feel free to order our sample boxes to test which size is right for your product. We can also provide your co-packer or contract manufacturer with pouches for filling tests.
Small but fine
Our smallest bags (Sslim and S2) are suitable for capsule products and tablets of any kind. As a trial size for powder or for monthly packs, our size M is also super!
The all-rounder
Our sizes L and XLshort are real all-rounders and are super versatile. They are perfect for various snacks, such as beef jerky or vitamin gummy bears.
For the big
Our sizes XL, XXLslim and XXL are the top sellers for Whey or protein shakes. They are therefore also available with Velcro zipper*. (*for PET/PE and PET/EVE materials)
Which material is most suitable for your needs?
All our mono-films have a high barrier and which protects hygroscopic products such as capsules and protein powder from air and moisture.
For light-sensitive vitamins, our opaque PP-white and PP-metallic films are the perfect fit.
Pouches with Velcro zippers prevent protein powder from getting caught in the closure and can be resealed easily over and over again.
